FURTHER ALGEBRA. The student will:

•  Simplify simple algebraic expressions
•  Substitute letters for numbers and give the final result
•  Expand and simplify simple algebraic expressions
•  Solve equations with an unknown on one side
•  Solve word problems
  

 ANGLES. The student will :

• Name and recognize different types of angles
• Calculate angles in parallel lines using the rules

SHAPE. The student will:

•  Recognize and name the different plane shapes
•  Recognize types of triangles and their properties
•  Apply the properties to find angles within the shape
•  Recognize and name different solids
•  Complete tables using the rules given
