Describe the functions of the alimentary canal's various parts in relation to ingestion, digestion, absorption, assimilation and egestion of food. Identify the gross structure of the respiratory system
Describe the role of ribs, internal and external intercostal muscles and diaphragm in ventilation of the lungs
State the differences in composition between inspired and expired air
Describe a test for carbon dioxide
